| 摘 要： | 火车致闭合性腹外伤，常为多个脏器损伤，且以实质性脏器破裂多见，病情危急，多死于创伤性失血性休克，B超及腹穿是早期明确诊断的重要手段，抗休克、及时剖腹手术是抢救患者生命的关键。

| Abstract: | Close injury of abdomen often appears many visceral organs injured, in fact many visceral organs were rupture of viscera,the patients condition are criticaly ill,and they were dead by traumatic the morrhagic shock. B ultrasonic wave examine and abdomen paracentesis are the important ways of early diagnosis, antishock and exploratory thoracotomy in time are the keys of saving the patients lives. |
