AlTiC和AlTiB中间合金细化效果比较

摘    要:详细论述TiAl3形态对细化效果响应时间的影响以及AlTiC中间合金比AlTiB中间合金具有更好的细化效果和抗衰退性能。试验表明:AlTiC中间合金可以克服AlTiB中间合金的有关缺陷,含块状TiAl3粒子的AlTiC中间合金细化效果最佳。

Abstract:The influence of TiAl3 shape to refinement effect respond time and AlTiC master alloys have more excellent refinement to commercially pure aluminum than AlTiB master alloys. Experimental results show that AlTiC master alloys can overcome the defect of AlTiB master alloys, and yet AlTiC master alloys containing block-like TiAl3 particle process best refinement effect.
