| Abstract: | A steel bin fell down and penetrated the lower floor slabs. Some beams adjoining the slabs were damaged. In this paper, we investigate the cause of the accident and introduce the restored project of the bin, slabs and beams. Also we deliberate the occurrence as a lesson. |
