NaCl:Eu2+的电子俘获机制研究

摘    要:采用固相反应法制备了NaCl:Eu2+粉末样品.测量了发光和光激励发光特性.这种材料可记录用紫外光写入的信息,用绿光读出,读出信号为蓝光.本文初步探讨了这种材料的电子俘获的机制.

Abstract:NaCl:Eu 2+ powder liked sample was prepared. Information can be writren by ultraviolet, and read by green light. The reading signals are blue luminescence. This material may be used as new type optical storage devices. Its spectra properties and optical storage mechanism were investigated.
