| 摘 要： | 通过回顾科技企业孵化器20年来的发展业绩,论述了我国科技企业孵化器所面临的新机遇和新挑战,提出新时期的科技企业孵化器在迈入世界企业孵化器强国的行列中,应加快建设一批符合新型节能减排和环保产业需求的孵化器,并加强优秀人才培养和管理队伍建设,以继续多渠道地推动孵化器事业多元化、多样化发展。
