基于系统模糊优选模型的煤炭企业竞争优势评价

摘    要:根据煤炭产业的特点 ,提出煤炭企业竞争优势的评价指标体系 ,建立基于多目标系统模糊优选理论的煤炭企业竞争优势评价模型 .对 5个煤炭企业的竞争优势进行实证分析 ,评价结果能定量诊断各企业竞争优势的差别及其在市场竞争中的地位 ,同时为企业采取合理的应变策略以适应市场、提高竞争能力指出方向 .

Abstract:In this paper the major causes of extravagant price competition in coal market are analyzed . The effect of evaluation of competition superiority of coal enterprises on regulating coal market and enhancing competition ability is also found. A set of evaluation targets is put forth to evaluate competition superiority of coal enterprises with regard to the characteristics of coal industry. A model based on fuzzy selection for multi-objective decision-making system is applied to evaluate competition superiority of 5 coal enterprises. The evaluation result can help find out the difference of competition superiority between coal enterprises and their practical competition situation. It can also indicate the stratagem for coal enterprises to adopt market and enhance their competition ability.
