脉冲电沉积Ni-W合金镀层的摩擦磨损性能

摘    要:利用脉冲电沉积方法制备了Ni-W合金镀层,观察了该镀层在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损行为,探讨了该合金镀层的摩擦磨损机理,并与45钢进行了对比试验.结果表明,Ni-W合金镀层具有优良的耐磨性能.

Abstract:Ni-W alloy coatings are prepared by pulse electrodeposition.The frictional and wear behavior with different loads are investigated under dry sliding condition.The frictional and wear mechanism of Ni-W alloy coatings is discussed,and those of 45 steel are also investigated for comparison.The results indicate Ni-W alloy coatings have excellent wear resistance.
