| 摘 要： | 环境伦理学是一门应用伦理学的新兴学科,是流域水资源管理的理论基础,也是制定水资源综合治理措施的理论依据.通过对石羊河流域环境危机的分析,指出导致环境危机的伦理学根源,并提出石羊河流域环境伦理建设的目标及其实现该目标所需考虑的若干因素.
