| 摘 要： | 为了规范财政收支管理,提高财政资金使用效益,作为代理银行的内蒙古工行设计并开发了"内蒙古工行代理财政国库集中支付业务系统".该系统以数据为核心,以JAVA为实现载体,建立了以国库单一账户体系为基础,资金缴拨以国库集中收付为主要形式的现代国库管理制度;建成了管理规范、操作便捷、运行通畅的国库集中支付系统管理平台.随着该系统在内蒙古工行以及各二级分行的运行,实现了财政资金从预算指标下达、用款计划申报到资金拨付全过程的完全网络化运行,拓展了工行中间业务的领域并提高了经营业务收入.
