摘    要:对选择式合并,工程中常采用最大输出电平准则(S+N),但在理论分析中却都用最大信噪比准则(SNR)下的结果来代替,实际上,这两种准则下系统的性能通常是不等效的,推导并给出了在Rician信道中,以最大输出电平为准则时系统的误码率公式,并与SNR时的结果进行了比较。结果表明,S+N系统的性能优于SNR系统。

Abstract:Though the maximum output level (S N) principle is often adopted in engineering, it was the maximum signal noise ratio (SNR) principle that is used in the theoretical analysis. Obviously, they are not equivalent. A closed form expression of the bit error rate of the system on the Rician fading channel was derived by using the maximum output level principle. The results were compared with that of the SNR system, which show a better performance of the S N system.
