| 摘 要： | 介绍了单总线数字温度传感器DS18B 20的特性及工作原理,给出了由DS18B 20与FP-GA组成的测温系统的硬件电路和软件设计及提高测量精度的方法,通过对实际温度的测量及与专用测温仪的比较,数据准确,该系统具有接口简单、精度高、抗干扰能力强、工作稳定可靠等特点.

| Abstract: | The characteristics and basic principle of 1-Wire digital thermometer DS18B20 are introduced,and a design of its hardware and software for temperature measurement system by FPGA and DS18B20 temperature sensor is given,and the method of improving measurement precision is described.Through measuring actual temperature and comparing with special thermo scope,its data is accurate.This system has characteristics of simple interface,high precision,better anti-interference,and stable and reliable working,etc. |
