摘    要:水基金属清洗剂由表面活性剂及多种添加剂组成。将所研制的GUH-1型水基金属清洗剂与市售的水基金属清洗剂BH-919、HX-816进行了相关性能指标的测试。研究表明,它不仅具有良好的脱脂去垢作用、缓蚀作用,而且具有较好的生物降解性,不易对环境造成污染。实验结果将指导GUH-1配方的不断优化,使之成为综合性能指标优良的绿色环保型水基金属清洗剂。

Abstract:Water based metal clearing agent is a mixture of surface active agent and many additives. The product of GUH-1 water-based cleaning agent for metal and the water-based cleaning agent for metal on the market such as BH-919 and HX-816 have been tested in interrelated properties norms. The research showed that the GUH-1 not only has excellent derosination, detergency and corrosion delaying, but also has better biodegradability which has little pollution to the environment. The experiment will leed to the optimization of the GUH-1 formula and lelp a green water-based cleaning agent for metal with excellent comprehensive norms.
