图书馆网络系统安全与数据安全问题

随着计算机网络技术的广泛应用,计算机系统的安全保护工作也越来越值得关注,因此,国务院在1994年的文件中就明确下达了建立健全计算机信息系统安全的工作指示。由此可见,依赖网络技术而构建起来的数字图书馆的信息安全问题也将是情报界学者反复探讨和研究的重点。数据的安全性和系统的稳定性,是保障数字图书馆正常工作的基础。

Library Network System Security and Data sSecurity Issues

The State Council issued in 1994 the＂ PRC Regulations on Protection of Information Systems Security＂ points out： ＂computer use of information systems unit shall establish and improve the safety management Zhi Du,is responsible for this unit of computer information system security protection.＂Thus,Shuzi Library Network security is an important technology not only practical problems,but also an important theoretical front,doing their system is of great theoretical and practical significance,digital library network security issue is worthy of academic scholars of Library and Information thinking.
