| 摘 要： | 目的观察异丙酚麻醉下行胃镜检查的效果和安全性，探讨相关的护理方法。方法选择65例患者在异丙酚麻醉下行胃镜检查，检查全过程密切监测异丙酚药物反应和生命体征，及时处理病情变化。结果所有病例检查前情绪稳定，积极配合检查，检查过程中痛苦反应小，成功率100％，无1例发生麻醉意外及咽喉、消化道粘膜损伤、出血等并发症。结论异丙酚麻醉下行胃镜检查是安全有效的，密切监护是患者顺利完成检查的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect and safety of gastroscope examination with anesthesia with propofol,and the relevant nursing methods.Methods: Choose 65 patients received the gastroscope examination with anesthesia with propofol,and monitor the responses and vital sign of the patients in the whole process.Results: All the patients were emotion stable and cooperative before examination,and they feel little pain during the examination.The successful rate was 100%,no complications occured.Conclusions: Gastroscope examination with anesthesia with propofol is safe and effective. |
