摘    要:CFM56-5B发动机安装在A320系列飞机上,发动机燃油渗漏是航班延误或取消的主要原因,尤其是高压涡轮主动间隙控制活门(HPTACCV)引起的漏油故障。该文分析了该发动机高压涡轮主动间隙控制活门的工作原理,在统计分析某航空公司历史故障数据的基础上,给出了用威布尔分布计算发动机零部件软时限控制的方法,并对高压涡轮主动间隙控制活门的备件需求进行了预测,提出了航空公司航线运营中应对高压涡轮主动间隙控制活门漏油故障的改进措施。

Abstract:CFM56-SB Powers the A320 family aircraft.The fuel leakage faults of this engine are the main cause of flights delays and cancellations,especially the fuel leakage of the high pressure turbine active clearance control valve HPTACCV).This paper which based on the system operation principle and statistical analysis of some airlines'historical fault data presents how to use Weibull Distribution to calculate the soft time life and forecast the spare parts equipments.The thesis summarized from the aspects of fault handling and material security,and put forward effective improvement measures.
