食品罐头内真空度的无损检测

摘    要:至少有十种方法可用来检测食品罐头内的真空度。本文特别介绍一种扫频式电磁场声电检测法。这种方法的原理如下;扫频式电磁场作用于罐头的罐盖而使之振动,振动的音响由一个电探头所检测。研究已经表明,罐盖的振动的自然频率与罐内的真空度有关,自然频率随真空度的升高而增加。本文论述这种方法和装置的详细结果。

Abstract:There are at least ten methods in which it is desirable to testthe gas pressure within a closed food container.This paper descri-bes particularly the frequency-scanning electromagnetic fieldacoustic testing.The working principle of This method is strikinga can lid with a frequency-scanning electromagnetic field to causethe can lid to vibrate and thereby generate an acoustic ping whichis sensed by an electrical pickup device.It has been found thenatural frequency of the lid bears a relation to the degree ofvacuum in the can,the natural frequency rises with the increasein vacuum.The detailed results of this method and apparatus arepresented in This paper.
