改性煤系煅烧高岭土晶化焙烧产品分析测试

摘    要:运用SEM,TEM,XRD等对改性煤系锻炼高岭土昌化焙烧产品进行了测试,分析了晶化焙烧工艺所带来的改性煤高岭土超细颗粒性能的变化。例如,基体颗粒表面水合二氧化钛由非晶态转化为晶态,膜覆包均匀等,最终产品可以作为钛白粉的替代品。

Abstract:The Product of crystallization roasting the surface modificated coal kaolin was tested by SEM, TEM and XRD. The performance changing of the surface surface modificated ultra-fine calcined coal kaolin was analysed from the Process of crystallization roasting. For example the hydrate TiO2 film on the surface of the basal body particle is turned non-crystal into crystal. The coating film is well-distribufed.
