| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作总是在一定的环境中进行的，研究思想政治工作的方法创新体系，更准确把握现代社会形成的复杂环境。大学生思想政治工作的方法创新要坚持与时俱进，实现由封闭向开放、由经验向科学、由共性化向个性化、由显性向隐性、由平面向立体的“五个”转变。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work is always carried on under certain circumstances.Therefore,when we study the innovation system of the methods of idelolgical and political work,it is important for us to know exactly the complicated environment of the society.The methods of idelolgical and political work in colleges should be changed in the following five aspects:from closeness to openness,from experience to science,from universality to individuality,from dominance to recessiveness,from two dimentions to three dimentions. |
