掺杂PZT压电陶瓷材料的研制及其发展趋势

摘    要:在介绍掺杂PZT压电陶瓷材料制备的基础上,总结出生产掺杂PZT材料的最佳烧成条件,指出所研制的样品已达到或超过压电点火材料的水平,但所选系统仍有潜力可挖,只要工艺合适,性能完全能再提高,对无铅压电陶瓷材料的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Based in introducing the development of the doped PZT piezoelectric ceramic materials,this paper sums up the optimum firing conditions of the doped PZT piezoelectric ceramic materials,and points out that the developed specimens have come up to or surpass the level of the piezoelectric firing materials,however the selected system still has some latent capacities to be excavated,and only if the process is suitable,its performance can be further improves,and looks forward to the developing trends of the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic materials.
