小型柴油机排气净化消声器的研制

摘    要:为小型柴油机设计了一种排气净化消声器,采用泡沫陶瓷作为过滤材料,将催化转化技术及活性碳纤维(ACF)应用其中.通过实验和改进后的排气净化消声器与试验样机原消声器相比,在标定工况时,排气净化消声器降低噪声4dB(A)以上,有害废气排放物NO的含量降低48.1%,HC、CO和烟度均有一定的降低,取得较好的效果.为小型柴油机的性能提高提供了一条有效的途径.

Abstract:In the paper,the muffler with catalyst is designed for small diesel engines,which takes foam ceramic as the filtration material and applies the catalytic converter with the activated carbon fibers(ACF).Compared with the original one tested under rated condition,the developed muffler with catalyst can reduce the noise more than 4dB(A) and the content of the harmful emission NO by 48.1%.Moreover,HC,CO and smoke intensity are decreased to some extent too,which achieves a good effect.It supplies an efficient approach to the performance improvement of small diesel engines.
