摘    要:交流异步电机是各种生产过程中广泛使用的能量转换装置.对鼠笼异步电动机的常见故障进行分析及诊断,可以有效地降低故障率,减少突发事故造成的停产损失,降低维修成本,消除对人员和设备的安全威胁,为实现状态检修创造条件,并可为设计和制造者提供反馈信息,以改进电机性能.在进行

Abstract:The electric machines as driving equipment are used widely in industry. It is significant in practice to improve the electric machine diagnosis technique. It benefits to decrease the occurrence of accident and reduce the cost of maintenance. The faults of electric machine system, including the electric and mechanic, are analyzed in details. According to the variant of current harmonic components, the effective features of fault are extracted. Based on the deep research of the relevant literature, the efficiency way of the flexibility fault signal simulation of AC electric machine which is proved by the research of simulation experiment, is involved in this paper.
