欠发达地区农业经济效率评价——以湘西土家族苗族自治州为例

利用DEA-BCC及超效率DEA模型，对湘西土家族苗族自治州8个县市的农业经济投入产出相对效率进行量化分析，评价其农业经济效率，查摆农业经济投入与产出存在的问题.结果表明，湘西州农业经济规模小且市场化程度低，没有形成规模有效的产业经济及区域经济，但又显示农业经济发展的相对效率总体良好.对非DEA有效的地区进行投影分析，发现其农业经济效率有较大的提高潜力，必须在提效的同时扩大农业产业化规模，提高市场化程度.

Evaluation of Agricultural Economic Efficiency in Underdeveloped Areas:Take Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as an Example

In the existing research results of the agricultural efficiency，using Data Envelope Analysis(DEA)and related models of many achievements，but there are few studies on the efficiency evaluation of the agricultural economy in underdeveloped minority gathering areas of the economy.This paper uses DEA BCC and supper efficiency DEA model in eight counties of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture agricultural economic input-output relative efficiency of quantitative analysis，evaluation of the efficiency of the agricultural economy，revealing agricultural economic input and output problems.The results show that：the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture agricultural economy scale is small and low degree of maketization，there is no scaleeffective industrial economy and the regional economy，but shows the relative efficiency of agricultural economic development is good on the whole.Projection analysis of non DEA effective regions found a great potential to inprove the efficiency of the agricultural economy must be put into effect in while expanding scale of agricultural industrialization and inproving the degree of maketization.
