黄雀与黄喉鹀端脑控制鸣啭学习中枢的神经联系和形态比较

摘    要:应用CB—HRP方法和焦油紫染色,对鸣禽黄雀(Carduelis Spinus)和黄喉鵐(Emberiza elegans)端脑发声控制的高位中枢,上纹状体腹侧尾端(Hyperstriatum ventrale,pars caudale,HVc)的纤维联系和相关核团的形态进行了比较。结果表明,两种鸟HVc的主要中枢联系是基本上相似的,但存在以下差别:1、黄雀HVc只接受新纹状体巨细胞核内侧部(mMAN)内少数神经元的传入投射;黄喉鵐HVc接受mMAN及新纹状体巨细胞核外测部(IMAN)大量的神经元的传入投射。2、黄喉鵐比黄雀的HVc接受更多的新纹状体中部界面核(NHf)神经元的传入投射。3、黄雀HVc接受长条形端脑听区的传入投射;黄喉鵐HVc接受端脑听区L1、L2、L3上、中、下三层结构的传入投射。这些差别对两种鸟的鸣叫差异及鸣啭学习有重要的影响。

Abstract:The afferent and efferent projections of the hyperstriatum ventralepars caudale (HVc) in the adult Carduelis spinus and Emberiza elegans were studied by using anterograde and retrograde horseadish peroxidase (CB-HRP) tracing methods.The HRP solution was iontophoretically delivered or injected into the nucleus HVc.The results show,in Carduelis spinus,the HVc receives projections only from the medial MAN.Field L appears in rectangle.In Emberiza elegans,the HVc receives projections from both the mMAN and the lateral MAN.The field L is divided into three parts-L1,L2 and L3.The density of the labelled cells in the MAN and the NIf is higher in Emberiza elegans than those in Carduelis spinus.Above all,it is concluded that the afferent projections of the HVc in both Carduelis spinus and Emberiza elegans are a little different in shapes and extents.
