| Abstract: | This paper expounds the basic concept of patent talents,introduces the cultivation situation of our country＇s patent talents,makes analysis and forecast from four aspects of enterprises and research institutions,intermediary organs,patent administrative organizations and judicial organizations,and puts forward the 333 Project of implementing the knowledge updating of patent talents of Taiyuan City. |
