| 摘 要： | 科技原创力是科学技术发展的核心要素，提高科技原创力水平是实现我国自主创新的基础。从科技资源、科技产出和科技环境3个方面建立了科技原创力的评价体系，通过因子分析对我国31个省份的科技原创力进行了综合比较。结果表明：科技环境是提高区域科技原创力的重要条件，东、西部地区科技原创力的产业化成果差异大而人均科研成果差异相对较小，东部地区基础研究的投入比例总体落后于中、西部地区。
