| 摘 要： | 超限高层结构在我国发展迅速,基于性能的抗震设计方法也越来越多地应用于超限高层结构设计,并引起了工程界的普遍关注.以沈阳市某在建办公楼为例,主要阐述了基于性能抗震方法在超限高层的应用及其存在问题,并提出了具体应用于超限高层计算分析的方法和步骤,研究结论为类似超限高层建筑的性能设计提供了参考依据.

| Abstract: | More and more tall buildings beyond the code-specification appear in our country.The performance-based seismic design which is available in tall building design has caught attention in engineering.This paper makes assessment for this seismic design and its difficulty in use,and puts forward the steps of tall building analysis with the seismic design. |
