吉林省田径后备人才可持续发展的对策

摘    要:本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、人种志等方法,对吉林省田径运动后备人才培养体制、教练员、运动员等几方面进行全面调查分析,探讨影响人才培养中存在的问题,旨在促进吉林省田径运动的可持续发展,并结合本省的实际情况提出了田径后备人才可持续发展的对策;优化田径后备人才选材系统,建立运动员保障制度;提高教练员的执教能力.

Abstract:This article uses the literature material, the questionnairesurvey, the race remembers and so on the method, to the JilinProvince track and field meet reserve talented person raise system, the trainer, the athlete and so on several aspects carries on thecomprehensive diagnosis, the discussion affects the question which inthe talented person raise exists, is for the purpose of promoting theJilin Province track and field meet sustainable development. Andunified this province the actual situation to propose the track andfield reserve talented person sustainable development countermeasure: The optimized track and field reserve talented person selectionsystem, establishes the athlete to safeguard the system; Enhances thetrainer to teach the ability.
