| 摘 要： | 由于民间文学艺术作品著作权保护的特殊性，目前虽有《著作权法》、《中华人民共和国民族民间传统文化保护法》和各省市制定的《民族民间传统文化保护条例》，但却不能有效地保护民间文学艺术作品的著作权，因此，制定《民间文学艺术作品著作权保护条例》就具有一定的必要性和紧迫性。
