滚动轴承故障的显式动力学仿真与分析

摘    要:对机车滚动轴承的故障分类及成因进行了分析和介绍.在实现了基于显式动力学的滚动轴承运动过程的有限元仿真基础上,建立了滚动体故障和麻点故障的轴承故障状态模型,并在仿真软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA下,实现了仿真.同时,对比了有、无故障轴承的不同特性.结果表明,仿真与分析是进一步研究轴承故障机理与特征提取的有效方法之一.

Abstract:The category and cause of failure of the locomotive rolling bearings were analyzed and introduced.Based on the dynamics simulation of revolving process of rolling bearing,two failure models of rolling bearings were established,and simulation of the movement process was done by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The different behaviors of failure bearings and perfect bearings were compared.The method is effective to further research the failure mechanism and character of bearing.
