| 摘 要： | 介绍了电信业务计算机综合管理系统（“九七”工程）定单调度的概念、抽象方法、应用和管理。利用数学表达式把业务抽象化，使应用程序的调度只是解决一个数学问题，业务的调整只需对函数组合进行调整，必要时可以重新创建若干基本函数，以适应未来的业务变化。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of order dispatch in telecommunication services management systems and its abstract method, application and management. A method is proposed to simplify the order dispatch, which abstracts the services to math expressions so that services adjustment is just a mathematical problem. |
