| 摘 要： | 东菱精纯克检酶是一种单成分溶血栓促微循环的新型血栓治疗剂。无锡市第三人民医院神经内科用该药治疗23例脑梗塞，总有效率82．6％，腔隙性脑梗塞疗效较好，而大片脑梗塞疗效较差。本药治疗疗程短、见效快，是治疗脑梗塞的一种新药。

| Abstract: | TOBISHI DF - 521 is a single compositional thrombolytic drug, which can promote microcirculation. Twenty - three patients with cerebral infaretion were treated with this drug in the department of neurology of No. 3 People's Hospital in Wuxi. The rate of effectiveness being 82. 6%, it shows fairly good effect with lacunar infarct, but it has no satisfactory effect with large area cerebral infartion. TOBISHII DF - 521 is a new drug in treating cerebral infarction, featuring short period of treatment and quick effect. |
