| 摘 要： | 分别对未达性成和已达性成熟草鱼脑垂体结构进行了组织学和超微结构的研究，结果表明：草鱼脑垂体存在６种不同类型的分泌细胞，促肾上腺素分泌细胞和催乳激素分泌细胞分布在前腺垂体，在中腺垂体分布有生长激素分泌细胞，促性腺激素分泌细胞和促甲状腺素分泌细胞；在后腺垂体有促黑色素发泌细胞，并对性成熟前后垂体的组织结构变化进行了比较。

| Abstract: | Histological structures and ultrastructures of the adenohypophysis of bothimmature and mature grass carp,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,were observed by means oflight-and electron-microscopy.The results showed that there were six endocrine cell types inthe adenohypophysis;there were prolactin cells and adrenocorticotropin cells in the proadenohypophysis,there were somatotropin cells,gonadotropin cells and thyrotropin cells in themeseadenohypophysis,and there were melenophere-stimutating cells in the metaadenohypophysis.The structure of the immature adenohypophysis was compared with that of themature adenohypophysis. |
