| 摘 要： | 新世纪的挑战和新课程标准对教师提出了更新、更高的要求。要求教师具有更高尚的人格素养，更完善的复合型知识结构，更能适应新时代要求的能力。教师的素质最终决定课程实施的走向和效率。因此，全面实施新课程，迫切要求教师提升自身的思想和业务素质，与时俱进，开拓创新。
