Transfer of pathogenic activity of a virulent strain of Listeria to an avirulent strain]

The pathogenicity of a virulent strain of Listeria monocytogenes was transfered to an avirulent strain by mixing the filtered culture of the pathogenic strain with an exponentially growing avirulent strain.
