摘    要:以CS理论为指导,在构建连锁超市顾客满意度评价指标体系的基础上,应用AHP对该体系各层次指标的权重进行了综合排序.同时,结合案例对连锁超市的顾客满意度进行了综合评价.

Abstract:This article takes customer satisfaction (CS) theory as guiding ideology and builds evaluating index system for customer satisfaction of chain supermarket, and apply analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to comprehensive evaluating for index right of the system. At the same time, it gives a example to show how to evaluate the customer satisfaction of a chain supermarket.
