碱法制浆造纸污水的处理

摘    要:本文是对保定市第一造纸厂的污水(白水和黄水)进行试验处理的总结报告。试验结果表明取得了较好效果,有实用价值。例如,白水采用凝聚法或气浮法处理后,COD_(cr)和悬浮物的去除率均可达90%以上,可以封闭循环使用。黄水经凝聚法和氧化脱色处理后变为无色,COD_(cr)降至300以下,水质接近中性;若采用凝聚法—话性污泥法两段处理则效果尤其显著,COD_(cr)、BOD_5和悬浮物的去除率分别达:77%、95%和94%,两种方法处理后的黄水均可达到国家排放标准,并且可以回用洗浆。


The Waste Water Tratment of Soda Pulping Process
Abstract:This article is a summary about the experimental treatment for the waste water (white water and yellow water)in the No 1 paper mill ofBao Ding. The result of experiment shows that a good effect and a practical value have been achievd. Forexample: the white water treated with condensaTion process or flotation process can be used cyclically in the closed system as the rate of decrement of CODcr and suspended matter is more than 90%. the yellow water treated with condensation process and oxidative decolorization becomes colorless, CODcr lowers to less than 300, and the water quality comes close to neutrality;If the condensation process and activated-sludge process areused one after ana ther,the effect is more remarkable,The rate of decrement of CODcr,BOD5 and suspended matter is as following:77%, 95% aed 94%,The yellow water treated with the two processes achieves the drainage standard of our country,and it can still be reused for washing-pulp.
