论科学活动中的越轨行为

本文对科学活动中的越轨行为问题作了初步研究，首先，指出了科学活动中屡屡发生的越轨行为已使这一问题的探讨成为必要．其次，对科学社会学理论关于科学自主性的理论解释进行了分析，指出这一解释所提供的自治机制是基于某种理想类型（ｉｄｅａｔｙｐｅ）并不足以为自我抑止越轨行为提供充分的说明；然后，文章按科研成果在科学活动中的运行时序，阐述了其中存在的越轨行为的类型和特征；最后，文章对越轨行为的内在及外在原因作了探讨，并对抑止越轨行为的对策提出了一些建设性的意见，认为针对性的外控是必要的．

ON THE DEVIANT BEHAVIOR IN SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES

In this peper,the questions about the deviant behavior in Scientific activeties are studied preliminarily. First of all,author points out that the stUdy has become essential duo to deviant behavior's occuring time and again; ;secondly,authoranalyses the interpretation about the autonomy of science in theory of the sociology of science and seems that the aelfgovernment mechanism based on idea type in that theory doesn't offers ample explanation for resraint Of the devivatbehavior; theridly,acoording to time order of the Scientific researc achievements' movement author narrates type andcharacteristic of thd deviant behavior ; last, author approachs internal and external reasons of the deviant behavior andfurnishs some construtive suggestions at countermeasure about restraint of the deviant behavior and considers thatappropriate external controls are necessary.
