电力市场下的一种无功优化方法

摘    要:针对市场环境下无功优化目标由最小化一次能源消耗量转变为最大化经济利益这一问题,通过对能量交易过程的分析,提出在电力市场环境下,电网公司为购买无功电量的支出应计入无功优化目标函数;无功优化有可能对电网公司为购买有功电量的支出产生较大的影响;网损减少而节约的支出不等同于购电支出的减少,数字仿真结果表明,所提出的无功优化数学模型是可行的,并具有较好的经济性。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the goal of reactive power optimization is transfered from minimizing consumption of pri me energy to maximizing economic profits, and based on the analysis of power exc hange, it is proposed that, in power market environment, the payment of grid com pany for buying reactive power should be included in the objective function of r eactive power optimization;the reactive power optimization may cause a rather di fferent payment of grid company for active energy;the saving on payment of losse s is not equal to the saving on payment of total energy because a change of loss es may cause a different market cleaning price. The simulation results of the I EEE 14 bus systems show that the method is feasible and economical.
