| 摘 要： | 清代对西部地区的经营，通过消除割据各地的对手或其他少数民族的政治势力，结束了中国历史上北方游牧民族政权或势力与中原王朝对立存在的基本政治格局，第一次真正明晰了中国的疆域范围，其政治上的影响是深远的。但清王朝依旧是一个传统意义上的封建王朝，其对西部地区的经营，是对历代王朝经营西部成就的一种继承和发展，并未能突破传统生产力与生产关系的窠臼。

| Abstract: | By eliminating the opponents of independent regimes and political forces of ethnic groups in the West,the Qing government ended the opposing situation between north nomadic nationality forces and central plains dynasties in Chinese history,and for the first time,it explicitly set the scope of Chinese territory.The Qing's administration of the West is of political significance.However,as a traditional feudal government in nature,it only further carried on the administrative policy of the past dynasties,not beyond the relations of productivity and the relations of production. |
