基于提升小波的脉冲涡流检测信号去噪的研究

摘    要:脉冲涡流检测是无损检测的一个重要方法.由于检测过程噪声的干扰,信号在测量过程中不可避免的受到不同程度的污染.文章介绍了提升小波的基本原理、阐述了提升小波去噪的算法.利用提升小波对脉冲涡流检测过程中的噪声进行去噪,得到了去噪后的结果波形.实验结果表明,采用提升小波去噪可以使脉冲涡流检测结果信号的信噪比得到显著的提高.

Abstract:Pulsed eddy current is a key method to nondestructive detection.Due to the affection of the noise in the testing process,the signal is inevitably affected by the noise pollution in different degrees during on the process of signal measurement.In this paper,we introduced the basic theory of the lifting wavelet,and the approaches of denoising by lifting wavelet is discussed.The lifting wavelet is used to denoising in the process of pulsed eddy current testing,the results obtained after the waveform denoising.Experiment results show that,the lifting wavelet denoising can improve the signal noise rate in pulsed eddy current testing.
