生物法提取魔芋中葡甘露聚糖

摘    要:应用酶法和糖化菌处理法成功地从魔芋粉中提取了葡甘露聚糖。酶法中的斐林试剂沉淀法产品收率为52.3%,乙醇沉淀法为62.37%,糖化菌处理法为60.5%,乙醇沉淀法提取的葡甘露聚糖含量可达90%左右,且不含淀粉杂质。

Abstract:Using biological methods,we extracted the glucan mannan from the Kanjac powders.The recovery rate of the product was 52.3% treated by enzymatic hydrolysis and sediment of Fehling's solution ;62.37% by enzymatic hydrolysis and sediment of ethanol and 60.5% by saccharolytic bacteria and sediment of ethanol.The purity of such glucan mannan product which was treated by ethanol sediment was about 90%.
