Ti掺杂对SBA15基加氢脱硫催化剂的影响

摘    要:以SBA15分子筛为载体,添加Ni-Mo活性组分作为催化剂,在Parr高温高压反应釜中,采用加氢脱硫(HDS)方法脱除噻吩类中的硫物质。通过XRD,TEM以及孔结构分析,研究掺杂Ti原子对SBA15基催化剂的形貌、比表面积和孔径等的影响,并考察一系列的不同硅、钛摩尔比(n(Si)/n(Ti)分别为∞,10,30和60)对催化剂加氢脱硫活性的影响。研究结果表明:经过改性后的SBA15的结构没有改变,但影响了载体的比表面积,改性后的比表面积有所降低;Ni和Mo活性相以NiMoO4和MoO3物相存在;Ti原子的加入有利于苯并噻吩(BT)和二苯并噻吩(DBT)中硫的脱除,并且不同硅钛摩尔比的催化剂呈现不同的脱硫率;当n(Si)/n(Ti)=30时,脱硫率最高。

Abstract:The method of hydrodesulfurization(HDS) was used to remove thiophenes sulfur in batch Parr reactor over laboratory-synthesized catalysts.The catalysts were the active components of Ni-Mo and carrier of SBA15 zeolites.Appearance,surface area and porous structure of catalysts doped Ti were studied through XRD and TEM and pore structure was analysed.HDS effects of catalysts of different molar ratios of Si to Ti(i.e.,n(Si)/n(Ti) were ∞,10,30 and 60) were contrasted.The results show that the structure of modified SBA15 is not changed,but surface area of carriers modified decreases,and Ni and Mo active phase exist as NiMoO4 and MoO3.Ti atoms are beneficial for the HDS of benzothiophene(BT) and dibenzothiophene(DBT),and different n(Si)/n(Ti) shows different rates of desulfurization.When n(Si)/n(Ti)=30,rate of desulfurization is the highest.
