摘    要:以人为本思想是现代管理理论的显著特点之一。作为以“人”为存在和发展基础的图书馆,确立以馆员为根本、以读者为中心的以人为本的管理和服务理念,是现代图书馆实现战略性发展的基础和原动力。

Abstract:People-oriented ideology is the obvious feature of modern management theory. Emphasizing the People-oriented thinking is the distinguishing feature of the modern management theory. As the person is the basis of existence and development for the library, we should establish the management and service concepts which is regard the librarians as the fundamental and the reader as it's central and establishing a people-Oriental's management and service concept. It is the modern library's basis and driving force for strategic development.
