毛莨科叶表皮的结构

摘    要:本文通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜,观察了毛莨科Ranunculaceae的四个亚科Subfam八个属Gen中的八个代表植物叶片的表皮细胞,气孔器、表皮毛的特征和气孔形状,气孔外拱益及拱益内缘,表皮细胞纹饰。其中表皮细胞多角形或不规则形,垂周壁为平直、弓形,波浪状。上表皮仅两个种有气孔器,下表皮均有气孔器,气孔器类型为无规则形。大多数种类具表皮毛,其中少数种类具腺毛,这些形态特征在属间存在着差异,具有一定的分类学意义。

Abstract:The leaf epidermis structures from & species, which belong to & genera and 4subfamily of Ranunculaceae, have been examined with LM and SEM. The epidermiscells on surface of leaves are Usually tetragonal, pentagonal and hexagonal or irregular,and the anticlinal scalls arc straight, arched and sinuolate. The stomatal apparatuseswere fond on abaxial surface of two species, while on the subsurface of all of & species.The stomatal apparatuses arc anomocytie. Epidemal hairs arc found in most species,among them, a few species have glandular hairs. The characters of the leaf epidermisare of the systematic significance in the genus.
