硫铁矿烧渣制备聚合硫酸铁铝混凝剂及应用研究

摘    要:以硫铁矿烧渣、硫酸为主要原料,添加适量氢氧化铝,设计出一条新的工艺流程制备无机复合高分子混凝剂-聚合硫酸铁铝(PFAS),并对其混凝性能进行研究,试验结果表明:该混凝剂具有优良的除浊、脱色、去除COD的性能,与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚合氯化吕(PAC)相比,具有更宽的pH适用范围,自豪感处理印染废水时,PFAS的COD去除率要比PFS和PAC提高10%~20%。

Abstract:A new process of preparing poly-ferric aluminum sulfate (PFAS) coagulant of inorganic composite polymer is designed by using pyrite residual, sulphuric acid and a little aluminum hydroxide as raw materials. The flocculating property is studied and compared with some other coagulants. Experimental results show that it has better properties for removing turbidity, color and COD. PFAS is superior to PFS and PAC coagulants in terms of pH adaptibility. In the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, the removal rate of COD increases by 10%~20%.
