摘    要:以提高结构强度和减轻自重为目标,利用ADAMS和ANSYS软件对移动式垃圾转运站翻转机构进行动力学仿真与结构有限元分析,提取典型姿态下构件的动力学参数,建立参数化有限元分析模型,得到典型工况的应力分布,结合结构优化导重法进行优化设计。在保证结构应力低于许用应力的情况下,优化后整体结构最大应力从262 MPa下降到186.3 MPa,重量下降49 kg,提高了产品的性价比和市场竞争力。

Abstract:In this paper,ANSYS and ADAMS were applied to make dynamic simulation and finite element analysis to mobile transfer station of garbage.By extracting kinetic parameters of typical postures and creating parameterized finite element structure analysis model for mechanism,the stress distribution of typical working conditions were calculated.Structural optimization was actualized by using guide-weight method to improve the structural strength and reduce weight.After optimization,the maximum stress decreased from 262 MPa to 186.3 MPa,and the structural weight dropped by 49 kg.All these would improve the product’s cost-effective and market competitiveness.
