高锰酸钾氧化茴脑制备茴香酸的工艺研究

摘    要:为了有效的利用自然资源,降低生产成本,以茴脑为原料,高锰酸钾做氧化剂,四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为相转移催化剂,通过氧化合成了茴香酸。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:n(茴脑)∶n(高锰酸钾)∶n(TBAB)=1∶2.2∶0.002,反应温度为85~90℃,反应时间为6 h,产率可达85.8%。产物结构经1HNMR,MS确证。研究结果为工业化生产茴香酸奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to effectively make use of natural resources and reduce the production costs,under the phase transfer catalyst of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide,p-anisic acid was synthesized using anethol as raw material and potassium permanganate as oxidant.The structure of the product was characterized by 1HNMR and MS.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: the molar ratio between anethol,potassium permanganate and TBAB was 1∶ 2.2∶ 0.002,the reaction temperature was 85~90 ℃,reaction time was 6 h,and 85.8% of yield was achieved.The results lay a foundation for the industrial production of p-anisic acid.
