低着色力氧化锑制备研究

摘    要:为了找出低着色力氧化锑最佳的工业生产工艺条件,对氧化锑工业生产中反应温度、抽风负压及结晶器等控制因素采用单因素及正交试验方法进行了研究。结果表明,结晶器口径尺寸大小对低着色力氧化锑平均粒度的影响最大,抽风负压影响次之。低着色力氧化锑生产工艺条件要求结晶器口径Φ1 000 mm,高度6 000 mm,抽风负压400 Pa,反应温度1 100~1 150℃为佳。

Abstract:In order to find out the best industrialized production condition for antimony oxide with low chromaticity,the controlling factors such as reaction temperature,negative pressure of suction and crystallizer in the industrialized production of antimony oxide were investigated by using the experimental methods of the single factor and orthogonal test.The result shows the most important factor is the size of crystallizer caliber,the second the negative pressure of suction.The best industrialized production conditions for antimony oxide with low chromaticity were determined as Φ1 000 mm caliber and 6 000 mm height of crystallizer,400 Pa negative pressure of suction,1 100~1 150 ℃ reaction temperature.
