益智提取物对油抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:用不同的溶剂石油醚、酒精、乙酸乙酯 ,分别提取益智仁经提取挥发油后的渣及益智茎、叶的提取物 ,并以猪油作底物 ,采用碘量法研究益智各提取物对脂质的抗氧化作用 .结果表明 :益智仁经提取挥发油后的渣、益智茎、叶的提取物对猪油脂质均有较强的抗氧化活性 .

Abstract:By using different solvents such as petroleum ether,alcohol,ethyl acetate,the core extracted volatile oil,the stalk,and the leaves of Alpinia oxyphylla Mip.were respectively extracted.When every extracted substance was taken lard as substrate,their antioxidative activities were studied by Na 2S 2O 3-I 2 titrimatric method.The results showed that all extracted substances of Alpinia oxyphlla Mip.by above solvents have stronger antioxidative activities on fat and oil.
