教学服务公平性对教学质量、教学满意度的影响研究——基于广州市五所高校的实证分析

基于对中山大学、华南理工大学、华南师范大学、华南农业大学、广州大学五所高校的往届毕业生进行问卷调查,探究高等教育中的教学服务公平性对教学质量、教学满意度的影响。分析结果表明教学服务公平性（包括交往公平性、程序公平性、结果公平性和信息公平性）对教学质量、教学满意度有显著影响,其中,程序公平性对学生感知中的教学质量以及教学满意度的影响最大。同时,不同专业的毕业生在教学质量评价以及教学满意度方面存在显著差异,而月平均收入在3 500元~4 000元的毕业生对母校教学质量评价和教学满意度都较高。

Impact of Teaching Fairness on Teaching Quality and Satisfaction

Based on the survey of the graduates of Zhongshan University,South China University of Technology,South China Agricultural University,and Guangzhou University,this paper explores the teaching fairness in higher education on the teaching quality and satisfaction.The results show that the teaching fairness,including fairness in communication,procedures,results and information,has a distinct impact on the teaching quality and satisfaction.The fairness of procedures has the greatest influence.Meanwhile,there is great difference in the teaching quality evaluation and satisfaction for students of different majors.Those graduates whose monthly pay ranges from 3500——4000 yuan generally have a high evaluation of the teaching quality and satisfaction.
